This listing is for a very special instrument – A Selmer Paris Series II Baritone Saxophone with low A.    The Series II is one of the best Modern Baritone Saxophones is available on the market today. Complete with Low A and an amazing design, this modern Bari is a great instrument in every respect, with clear tone, easy response, and a great sound.  Saxophonists can appreciate its even intonation and singing tone. This is one of the highest quality, most responsive saxophones on the market today.

This saxophone has seen a lot of use over the years, given the substantial lacquer wear and patina that has developed over much of the instrument.  There are some dings and dents especially where the instrument comes into contact with the body and at the bottom of the U joint  The bell has a slight bend to it as well.  It plays much better than it looks. The instrument was adjusted and regulated to be playable. A professional may still want to replace some of the pads because many are approaching the end of their useful life, to increase the longevity of the instrument and reduce long term maintenance.  This horn really rocks as is though and is ready for more decades of play.

The neck is brand new and comes with the box.

I’m not sure if the case is origina., but it is large, heavy, and functional.  In short, this is a great instrument, in great playing condition.  Please take care of it.
