What is the Minimum Amount that I need to Buy to Quality for a Volume Purchase?

Cane and Staples – 1000 pieces per SKU.  Custom Shapes, Lengths and Finishes are available from some suppliers.
Reeds – 100 pieces per SKU. Customization is available from some suppliers.
Other Accessories – can be purchased at volume on a case by case basis
Instruments – Educators and Institutions can qualify for discounts on orders of more than one instrument.  Contact us for more information about this program.

What are my Shipping Options?

Most volume purchase orders will include free standard shipping, depending on the weight and final dimensions.  Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee

When will my Order Ship?

Volume and Custom orders typically involve a lead time of at least 3 weeks.  We can give you an estimate based on what you are ordering when we give you a quote.

Can I Return the Purchase?

How Can I Pay for my Order?

We accept major credit cards through PayPal, as well as check and money order for Volume Purchases.  For international customers, wire transfers are also available.
